After years of learning, experimenting, and getting certified to cut through the noise, I built a system that actually works: no extremes, no BS, just real results that last.

Hey, I’m Jon.

I’ve been into weight training and athletics my whole life, but everything changed when I decided to fully commit to personal excellence. That’s when life started giving back. I’m living proof that what you put in is exactly what you get out. No matter where you’re starting from, if you’re ready to level up, I’m not just in your corner — I’m right there pushing you, celebrating your effort over perfection every step of the way.

But let’s rewind. Growing up, I was skinny. Like, layers-of-clothing-to-look-bigger skinny. Moving around a lot as a kid, constantly proving myself to new faces, shaped a lot of who I am today. After college, I swung to the other extreme — lifting hard but fueling it with Hungry Mans and junk, ballooning from 150 to nearly 250 pounds. Same insecurities, just packaged differently.

Fast forward —

Watching Jenna, Founder of JBF, build an empire and radically transform lives lit a fire under me. I went through the JBF Framework myself, and it was like flipping a switch. Everything clicked. I realized: when you demand more from yourself, life demands more from you, too. I left a safe, successful career in home transformation behind to pursue something way more powerful — transforming lives

Now, I specialize in creating real-world fitness and nutrition strategies that fit into busy lives. I pride myself on being reliable, motivating, and relentless when it comes to helping clients succeed.

What’s up! My name is Jon. I have always been into weight training and was athletic growing up, but it wasn’t until I decided to completely change my lifestyle that life started blessing me back. I am a perfect of example of what you put in is what you get out. No matter where your starting line is, if you choose personal excellence I will not only root for you but help in any way I can. I celebrate effort, not perfection.

But let me rewind a bit. Growing up, although athletic, I was skinnyyyy. It felt impossible to gain weight and became part of my identity as a teen. I would wear multiple layers of clothes just to attempt to look “normal”. We moved around a lot when I was young and I often found myself in trouble constantly feeling like I had to prove myself to my new peers. Fast forward to my young twenties fresh out of college I had been actively lifting weights and eating anything and everything. Do you remember Hungry Mans? I would eat several a day. Quick and easy and the box said high protein. In what feels like a short time I had gone from 150lbs to nearly 250lbs, wearing multiple shirts to wearing the same oversized black T shirts.. I had gone from one extreme to the other.

Lets fast forward. After witnessing Jenna, Owner and Founder of JBF, not only build the company from the ground up but also see the amazing transformations of her clients, I decided to participate in the JBF Framework myself and it was like someone turned the lights on for the first time in a very long time. Life started to make sense and a fire was reignited with a purpose. I was getting out of it, what I was putting in. I ultimately left a lucrative career that was everything I knew that enabled me to transform people’s homes for a new path that now rewards me with transforming people’s lives.

I have a knack for understanding people and what makes each individual unique. I pride myself in being reliable, a motivator, and a leader. I excel at creating fitness/nutrition solutions that fit within my client’s busy schedules and making pertinent adjustments to ensure continuous progress.

Hey y’all! I’m Cat, born and raised in Denton, Texas, and built from the ground up on sports, sweat, and serious competition. I come from a family where being athletic wasn’t optional—it was the way of life. I played soccer at a super competitive level and could pretty much eat whatever I wanted thanks to a sky-high metabolism and a schedule that had me running nonstop.

I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science degree from the #1 kinesiology program in the U.S.—the University of North Texas. GMG! That’s where I first started diving into what actually fuels the body. But let's be real... Even with all that knowledge, no one prepares you for what happens when your metabolism hits the brakes—and mine slammed hard.

Five years post-grad, I found myself gaining weight just by looking at a muffin. I was still active, still eating clean, but nothing made sense. My primary doc said everything was “normal” while I kept spiraling, frustrated and exhausted. After a year of testing and pushing for answers, it was my old gyno, of all people, who finally figured it out—my thyroid was basically playing dead. Enter: hypothyroidism.

Fast forward to today— the right meds, the right plan, and thanks to Jenna’s strategies, I’m finally seeing results and feeling like myself again.

My job is to support, educate, and create solutions — through the highs, the lows, and the what is even happening right now moments. I bring realness, humor, and a little quirk to every conversation, because this journey is hard enough without someone talking at you instead of walking with you.
